The supplier registration process will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete. You will receive a login and password, from your Stand Coordinator or directly from VISIT FLORIDA, which will enable you to return to your application if you need to come back to finish the process.

For an application to be considered complete and your registration to be confirmed you need to:

  • Complete the on-line registration process
  • Submit payment (if you are a stand coordinator or buying a booth directly)

Each appointment book includes one full registration. Because of the 50 / 50 ratio between meeting planners and suppliers, VISIT FLORIDA does not offer additional registrations over and above the one that comes with the appointment book.

 

Please note: you are not considered registered until you fulfilled the requirements as listed above and receive an e-mail confirmation from VISIT FLORIDA or your stand coordinator!
