Every year a select number of meeting industry media representatives are invited to attend Florida Encounter, in cooperation with the local hosts. Media registration for this year will open the end of July.

Media representatives can seek appointments during the tradeshow with the suppliers. This was a popular addition to the show two years ago and will be continued during this year's Florida Encounter. We will also ensure media have more time to cover the show. These steps expand your opportunity to gather story information during Florida Encounter.

After media representatives register, a log-in and password to our appointment scheduling system will be sent to you at a later time. This allows you to review the profiles and background information of all suppliers and meeting professionals attending. On this site, you will also be able to request up to five appointments with suppliers on the tradeshow floor.
